New York Style Italian Chicken Sandwich
Start with a whole chicken breast deboned and skinned. Pound it out to about a half inch. Season to taste with Flavor Foundations All Purpose Seasoning and let rest for at least 1 hour. Season with salt & pepper then sautee till done. Construct your sandwich.

Mushroom Pasta
Clean and slice your mushrooms, mince your garlic and dice your onions. Sautee garlic and onions just until you smell them good. add in everything else. Start with maybe 3 cups of broth/stock and a half block of cream cheese. Use as many tomatoes as you see fit, its your food. Use as much seasoning as you think is good for you. Put the top on the pot and let it cook for about 20 minutes on medium low. check it, Stir the ingredients. If there is enough liquid then cover and let cook a few minutes more at a time until done. You can do it. Start out with a little then taste until you like it. Good cooking isn't about following a recipe as much as it is about cooking food you love.
